Who I am
I am Mandy Farrugia, a psychology graduate from the University of Malta and an accredited hypnotherapist. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Health Psychology in the UK, expanding my expertise in mind–body well-being.
My approach is grounded in psychological science and tailored to each client’s goals — whether that’s reducing stress, building confidence, changing habits, or improving overall mental balance.
Based in Malta, I offer both in-person sessions and secure online hypnotherapy for clients worldwide, making professional support accessible wherever you are.
